The University of Reading and specifically Estates & Facility area within the University has had a working relationship with Clarity since May 2013, at which time we appointed Clarity to instigate the installation of a SharePoint based Electronic Document Management System.
The EDMS system was installed on time and within budget and Clarity provided us with all the support and training we required to make the project a success. Our relationship has extended beyond the initial purchase / installation of our system, with Clarity providing proactive consultancy on the best practices we should adopt and recommendation as to implementing efficiency and resilience changes that provide increased system performance.
Beyond this we have with the help of Clarity been able to extend the scope of the original project to include a number of SharePoint based developments such as web based forms and the use of hand held device solutions linked to our EDMS System and existing operational software which have provided Estates and Facility with an increase in its operation performance and a marked reduction in the use of paper based solutions.
Clarity has always provided a first class response to our requests be they large or small and have been able to meet our system maintenance or development requirements on time and to quoted costs.
