Government Frameworks

Clarity solutions can be purchased directly through various government frameworks, including G-Cloud and CCS Data and Application Solutions framework RM3821 (DAS).

The G-Cloud framework is an agreement between the UK government and suppliers who provide cloud-based services, which allows UK public authorities to purchase information management solutions that are provided using a software as a service (SaaS) delivery model.  Using G-Cloud, public authorities can purchase SaaS-based solutions through the Digital Marketplace fully in compliance with European procurement rules.

Clarity offers a range of solutions through G-Cloud

Clarity IVR is a Level 1 PCI-DSS Compliant v3.2 secure telephone payment platform. Data and Application Solutions (DAS)

Public sector organisations can use the Crown Commercial Service DAS framework to buy, implement, test and deliver a broad range of software solutions, as well as essential hardware and professional services, in one procurement (see DAS). It offers customers the choice to buy cloud and on-premise software or a combination of both under one agreement.

Clarity offers a range of software solutions, consultancy, implementation and support services through Lot 4a: Bluelight Operations and Lot 4b: Bluelight Data & Information Management.

Crown Commercial Service frameworks allow public authorities to complete procurement exercises quickly and efficiently.

  • Best Practice Procurement - Each of the suppliers on the framework has been subject to a rigorous procurement process, ensuring they offer the scope and quality of services required by customers in the public sector. Pre-agreed terms and conditions offer customers sound contractual safe guards, whilst saving customers the cost and effort involved in drafting their own contract terms.
  • Value for Money - Competitive rates have been secured and are fixed. Transparent pricing structures and the facility to conduct further competition helps customers to ensure that value for money is consistently achieved.
  • Legally Compliant - The framework is compliant with the new EU procurement directives as well as UK procurement regulations.
  • Collaboration and Partnership - Crown Commercial Service has consulted with colleagues from across the public sector to deliver a procurement solution which meets the needs of its customers.

Efficiency - Frameworks enable customers to complete procurements in a short timescale, saving the time and costs involved in undertaking a full OJEU tendering exercise. Straightforward ordering processes and the CCS website competitive tendering facility makes the framework extremely simple to access and use.
