Northamptonshire Police and Leicestershire County Council both recently purchased Clarity's FastForm Online Bookings solution in order to manage the delivery of national driver offender retraining schemes.
FastForm Online Bookings is a web-based course management and online solution that is used to support the delivery of national NDORS courses and local courses designed to support local road safety initiatives.
FastForm includes web-based interfaces for clients, call takers, course administrators and course instructors and it is used to:
- Allow course attendees to book and pay for driver training courses over the internet at any time of day, using laptops, tablets and smart phones.
- Transfer course booking data automatically between internal and national offence processing systems (incl. DORS+ and PentiP).
- Create and manage course types, courses, venues, instructors and associated resources.
- Reduce office-based telephone support and data processing tasks.
