FastForm Ticketing Management
FastForm Ticketing Management is an integrated image scanning, data capture and document management solution that increases the efficiency and reliability of forms handling and document processing activities, which have traditionally been labour intensive and error-prone.
FastForm Ticketing Management is being used by 12 Police forces and Safety Camera Partnerships to process road traffic offence documents, including NIP forms, NIP Reminders, HORT1s, HORT2s, endorsable and non-endorsable FPNs, VDRS, PNDs and speed awareness request forms. The system improves customer service and information retrieval times and addresses business cost challenges by:
