FastForm Online Bookings
FastForm Online Bookings is an integrated web-based course bookings solution that allows members of the public to book and pay for speed awareness and other driver safety courses directly over the internet.
Web-based course query and booking facilities can substantially reduce offence-related call handling and data processing activities that are performed by Safety Camera Partnership and Central Ticket Office (CTO) staff. FastForm also effectively eliminates all of the paperwork and storage that is generated when citizens make course bookings.
FastForm integrates with Safety Camera Partnership and CTO back office systems and the National DORs system to support 'joined up' processes and increase the efficiency of data collation and analysis activities (e.g. auto export to VP/FPO).
FastForm offers Police Forces the additional benefit of being able to bring driver improvement courses in-house allowing them to reduce operating costs and retain all of the revenue generated. Easy configuration to support new courses and wider citizen-centric electronic forms solutions is readily available. Using FastForm, Police Forces may expand the types of educational courses available in the future to meet targets for reducing road casualties.
