About Us

Clarity automates the migration of EDRMS records to SharePoint

November 2011

Clarity has developed a suite of migration utilities that are used to export content and associated metadata from traditional document and records management solutions, cleanse and transform content where appropriate and import the records, along with associated document set and site content type metadata, into SharePoint.

We have most recently deployed these utilities in local authorities, where we are using the toolkit to migrate content from Open Text R/KYV EDRMS repositories into SharePoint document libraries; encompassing a wide variety of disparate Council functions, from social care to building control.
