High Integrity Document and Records Management

Clarity has secured a contract to support and enhance high integrity document and records management solutions that are used by HM Treasury and the Office of Government Commerce.

These high integrity solutions, which are based on the OpenText LiveLink ECM - eDOCS R/KYV product, currently hold approximately four million government records and are used by around 1,700 staff for day-to-day work. R/KYV is a class-leading UK e-government information management solution, which complies with the National Archives (formerly Public Record Office) 2002 stringent standards for managing public records for both paper and electronic formats.

Clarity is providing a fully managed support service and shall also design, implement, test and publish requested functional enhancements to the solutions as part of the scope of supply.

This contract further demonstrates our ability to deploy and support high integrity large scale document and records management solutions in the UK public sector.
