Consequently, our software engineering team has developed strength in depth across all relevant technical disciplines and gained many years of integration expertise.

Our services frequently include bespoke integration with other relevant line-of-business systems to deliver efficient, "joined-up" information management processes.

Specific examples that demonstrate our integration capabilities include:

National Police Databases

Clarity has deployed an integrated image scanning, data capture, document management and forms processing solution in 10 police forces throughout the UK. We have integrated this solution with national police databases, including Northgate VP/FPO and Serco EROS to automate the capture of offence data within these systems.

Fire Safety Databases

Clarity has developed integration between document management systems and fire safety applications, including the Innogistic CFRMIS and Scomagg Jupiter systems. This integration allows users to store documents directly from the fire safety system into a DMS and to retrieve all documents associated an event or incident.

GIS Integration

Clarity offers integration between document management systems and GIS applications. This integration allows users to click on a location in a GIS map and retrieve all documents associated with the selected location.

ECM Integration

Clarity has developed integration between enterprise content management tools, including Microsoft SharePoint, the OpenText LiveLink ECM suite and RedDot CMS. This integration is used to publish the most recent "approved" versions of documents stored in an EDRMS to websites and intranets automatically.
